Noah and Eric joined forces in January 2021 and founded Mash Technologies. They are living proof that polarization doesn’t need to exist. Each has unique thought processes and take different routes but ultimately they are steering Mash Technologies towards the same destination: a land of transparency, authenticity, inclusion, stewardship, purpose and success.
They have done an amazing job so far and have created a diverse team that really works. More than half the founding members are family. (The ones who get along with and support one another.)
That’s one thing which is really important to us: getting along and having fun as we grow a tech company together with everyone’s interest in mind: stakeholders, employees, vendors, customers and our community. We are a benefit company that balances purpose and profit with our impact on the people we interact with, the communities we serve and the planet we are trying to preserve.
We create tech services and platforms that don’t exploit people and their data. Rather, we give users control over their data and direct some profits to causes we all believe in. We also help local businesses compete against mega-corporations by giving them tools they couldn’t afford on their own.
Our team and those who join forces with us break rules and think BIG. This is necessary in order to turn traditional advertising model upside down and give people control over their data. We are creating tech services for the good of society. We believe people should monetize their own data only if and when they choose. We want to give control back to the people and away from the trillion dollar tech companies. Mash Technologies is an exemplary case study of how liberals and conservatives can work together to create positive social impact.
